Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Panel Beater to join our busy accident repair centre in Colchester. This role is ideal for someone with strong panel repair and replacement experience, combined with general accident repair skills, who can work to high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out panel repairs, replacements, and re-alignments to manufacturer standards.
• Using body alignment equipment and welding tools when required.
• Stripping, fitting, and preparing vehicles for repair.
• Carrying out a variety of bodyshop tasks depending on workload.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater / Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician.
• Strong knowledge of modern repair methods, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• ATA or NVQ qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
