Kolt Recruitment are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a professional accident repair centre in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle paint spraying and refinishing work, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and insurance standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a stable role with flexibility in hours to suit work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing vehicles for paint work including priming and masking.
• Colour matching and mixing paints.
• Spraying vehicles to a high standard.
• Ensuring all work complies with Health and Safety.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer.
• Strong knowledge of modern repair methods, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• ATA or NVQ qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
