About The Job

Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Prepper / Polisher to join a busy, high-quality accident repair centre. You’ll be responsible for preparing vehicles for paint and ensuring a flawless finish before they leave the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing panels and vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
• Polishing and finishing vehicles to a high standard after paintwork
• Checking your own work for quality and accuracy
• Working closely with painters and body technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a prepper/polisher in a bodyshop or accident repair setting
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work to deadlines without compromising quality
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Full UK driving licence preferred
